Kiril Gegoski is a master of Macedonian Abstract Expressionism with a 60-year career. Focusing on the symbolic Markovi Kuli fortress in Prilep, his work uses dynamic "line movement" to portray ancient rock formations, blending geological precision with the raw energy of the Macedonian spirit. This is where the inspirations behind one of the Macedonia’s most known artist Kiril Gegoski work comes from. In his original mountain landscapes through the use of “line movement” in an abstract manner he portrays the unique rock shapes of the region. In his own abstract expressionistic way for over 60 years, Kiril has graced the world with his art.
